Shipping & Terms

Lead times

Materials held in US stock ship within 3–7 business days of a cleared order. Custom blends, milled-to-spec material and OEM production run 3–5 weeks depending on dose form and component lead times. Samples generally dispatch within 48 hours of approval.

Trade terms

We quote FOB, CIF and DDP. Domestic US shipments move by parcel for small quantities and LTL freight for pallets. International shipments go by air or sea with full export documentation, certificates of origin and phytosanitary paperwork prepared as the destination requires.

Payment

Opening orders are prepaid by wire transfer or ACH. Net 30 terms are available to established accounts after a credit review, and letters of credit are accepted on international orders above a threshold agreed in advance.

Samples

Qualified buyers may request samples of 100 g to 1 kg. Samples are charged at cost with freight, and the charge is credited in full against a first production order. Sample requests should include the intended application and target specification so we send the right grade rather than a generic one.

Packaging as shipped

Powders ship in food-grade double polyethylene liners inside fibre drums or kraft bags, at 1 kg, 5 kg, 25 kg fill weights. Activated carbon ships in 20 kg or 25 kg multi-wall bags. Packaging components ship in cartons on shrink-wrapped pallets. Custom fill weights and private-label bulk packaging are available on request.

Claims

Inspect shipments on arrival. Quality claims must be raised within 30 days of delivery with the lot number, retained sample and supporting analysis. Where our own retained sample confirms an out-of-specification result, we replace the material or credit the invoice in full.
