From brief to pallet
Brief & feasibility
Send the specification, benchmark or claim. We confirm in writing what is achievable, at what cost and on what timeline.
Formulation
Bench samples in 10–15 working days, revised until the profile is signed off. Every trial is documented.
Pilot & approval
A pilot batch confirms the formula scales. You approve artwork; we review it against FDA labelling rules before print.
Production & release
Full run under cGMP with batch records, finished-goods release testing, then labelled and palletised delivery.

It means you own the product and we run the project that produces it. You bring a formula, a competitor sample you want matched, or simply the health claim you want to make. We develop the formulation, manage production under cGMP in an FDA-registered facility through our certified partner network, arrange the testing, then pack and label the finished goods under your brand.
You control the actives and their doses, the dose form, the pack format and the artwork. We control the specification, the qualification of every input, the batch records and the release documentation. The finished goods are yours outright — there is no Zenith branding on them and no restriction on where you sell them.
Can you produce a product that is not in your catalogue?
Yes. The catalogue reflects what we hold and run most often, not the limit of what we can make. If you need an active, blend or dose form not listed, send the brief. We will confirm feasibility, source the material through our qualified supplier network, and quote the development and production timeline.
