Capsules, tablets, powders, sachets and sticks produced under cGMP in an FDA-registered facility.
Production runs under 21 CFR Part 111 in an FDA-registered, cGMP-compliant facility. Every batch carries a batch production record, in-process weight and hardness checks, and finished-goods release testing against the agreed specification.
Available dose forms:
- Capsules — size 00 to 3, gelatin or vegetarian HPMC
- Tablets — plain, coated, chewable and effervescent
- Powders — bulk tubs, single-serve sachets and stick packs
- Blends — V-blender and ribbon blender, homogeneity verified by assay
Batch sizes run from a 5,000-unit pilot to multi-tonne campaigns.
