Many formulation problems are particle-size problems in disguise. A curcumin extract that will not disperse, an organ powder that bridges in the hopper, a sweetener blend that separates in transit — each is solved by milling and blending rather than by changing the ingredient.
We mill to a target mesh, sieve to a specified distribution, and blend to a verified homogeneity, then confirm the result by assay across multiple sample points in the batch.
